Sample submissions
Time to hit the lab! One of our skilled chemists will usually begin by drafting a basic paper formula and ordering raw materials. Once everything’s in place, we’ll start working our magic. Samples are then sent out for your review, and we’ll be ready for your feedback.

Approval and send quotation

TESTING & STABILITY
Stability, compatibility, microbiology, and RIPT testing—we handle it all so you don’t have to. You can trust that your formula will be durable and safe throughout its lifecycle. If more extensive testing is needed, we can refer you to our network of trusted third-party testing companies.

MANUFACTURING
Once a PO is submitted, we’re ready to roll! We’ll order the raw materials and set your project on the production schedule. Throughout the process—whether during batching, filling, or assembly—we’ll continuously test and monitor every aspect of quality, including microbiological tests during filling, fill weight, and finished product.
